A Bit About Us
Team RB is a Minecraft builder's team that consists of builders around the world. The unique thing about the Academy of Builders is that any person can get a shot at being part of the team. If you don't play on the Royal Academy of Builders' server, you still have a chance to build and show off your creation to your other teammates.
In the "applications" tab, there are three forms of applications:
1) Server application - apply for the server whitelist
2) Team member application - apply to join the Royal Academy of Builders and be on the team list
3) Guest application - apply for a one day touring pass on the server (closed)
Don't wait, apply now!

Application Wave
It is important to understand that we get a flush of applicants who are eager to come on the server. However, the sad and unavoidable truth is, we have very limited slots and can't afford ghosts on our whitelist. We deeply regret that we can only accept people who are able to come online frequently.
The first wave of application acceptances will be sent out to 15 people who have caught the major generals' eyes when they read their applications. So remember, don't be sloppy because we can see right away. Just stay true to yourself and be as descriptive as you can about your building skills.
*In some cases, due to the low response rate, we send out 20 acceptance letters in the first wave.
After 1 week, depending on how many people respond, we will send out a 2nd wave of acceptances to those who come next on our waiting list. The number of 2nd wave acceptances will equal to the number of people who didn't respond to the 1st wave.
We try to offer open slots to people every 2 months, therefore every 2nd to last week of an odd month acceptances will be sent out. Be excited!

What If I Didn't Get In
For people who may not be so experienced at building, who deserve a chance to learn, who are unfortunately not accepted due to the server capacity, we offer you acceptance onto our team list. Basically, even though you are not whitelisted on the server, you can still show us what you've built through e-mail. The admin mail will be checked by 3 major generals constantly, and if you send us pictures of your builds, they will drop them off in the colonels' dropboxes. You must be on the team list for us to consider your build, so apply now to get on via the 2nd application in the "Applications" tab.
Every friday night the colonels and major generals hold a meeting. They each show 3 pictures from the builds pile (dropbox of pictures you sent us). We will discuss and monitor your builds every week, then vote on who we think deserve to be on the server.
Your builds don't have to be impressive and huge and detailed, but we want to see you trying to improve your skills week by week.
So as we make all freshman lieutenants say on the server their first day - "I will be proud of what I do by making a desperate effort!"
After all, everyone starts from zero. So start building and see you on the other side!

What Would You Call Us?
Members of the "Royal Academy of Builders" (formal name) do not have a set name yet. We will be referred to as the "Royal Builders" for now.
